Andrew is a partner with Anthony & Partners’ Litigation Practice Group in its Tampa office.  Andrew’s practice is dedicated to the representation of businesses and individuals in complex commercial matters, defending and protecting his client’s interests in a wide variety of commercial disputes.  Andrew has significant experience in areas of fraud and asset recovery, loan and foreclosure litigation, post-judgment collection and fraudulent transfer litigation, noncompete and trade secrete litigation, antitrust claims, shareholder disputes, and other complex contract and business litigation.  Andrew’s work also involves legal issue in the appellate courts across Florida and federally, having both successfully obtained reversals and defended many judgments and rulings in furtherance of his clients’ goals.  Andrew has been involved in numerous appellate court cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the District Court of Appeals for the State of Florida.  Andrew has also had the opportunity of defending against oppositions efforts of obtaining jurisdiction before the Supreme Court of the United States and Florida Supreme Court.  Andrew has played an integral role in the favorable resolution of disputes involving hundreds of millions in claimed damages. 

In law school, Andrew served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Elizabeth A. Kovachevich of the United States District Court in and for the Middle District of Florida, as well as The Honorable Catherine Peek McEwen of the United States Bankruptcy Court in and for the Middle District of Florida.
